Since launch we’ve been shipping quality, stability, and new ways for your family to enjoy stories. Below are our real release milestones – transparent and easy to follow, so you can see: we’re actively building a product you can trust.

Roadmap

No fixed dates – themes we’re working on:

  • Language expansion: English, Spanish, French, and Italian – currently in planning
  • Alexa skill version 2: in planning – including a subscription model, multiple voices, and a stronger audio-drama feel
  • MyTales on more devices and platforms – including deeper voice-assistant integration
  • More family controls so you can steer pace, length, and flow more easily

What happens to voice and stories?

We use your input to create and save stories as described in the app. Consent, storage, deletion, and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.

How do I set up Alexa with MyTales?

Find and enable the skill in your Amazon account or the Alexa app. To launch, say e.g. “"Alexa, start My Tales"” – say My Tales as two words, not “MyTales” run together. More in our FAQ on the homepage.

Tips for families

  • Bedtime routine: A fixed order (teeth, cuddle, story) – MyTales becomes a calm, predictable last step before sleep.
  • Explaining MyTales: “A story made for you because you join in.” – often clearer for kids than tech jargon.
  • Listen together: Stay close – it builds connection and you can pause or steer the topic if needed.

How we test

We try features on real devices and think about life with kids – not just lab conditions. That’s our mindset; we still don’t promise a bug-free product, but we keep improving.

The MyTales-Skill runs on Amazon Alexa; Amazon’s terms and your Alexa settings apply there. What data we process, how, and your rights are summarised in our privacy policy.
