It's child's play. Start MyTales on your Amazon Echo. Just say: "Ich habe einen Gutschein" (I have a voucher). Alexa will then ask you to enter or read out the 6-digit code from your card.

Alexa doesn't recognize my code – what can I do?

Don't worry, it's usually just a transmission issue. Here's the most important tip: Speak clearly and at your normal pace. Try not to "whip" through the code too quickly, but don't stretch the numbers unnaturally slow either. Alexa understands you best when you pronounce the numbers clearly and individually.

What's the best way to say "MyTales" to Alexa?

Alexa understands the name best when you pronounce it with a tiny pause between the two words: "My Tales". Try not to run the whole name together into one word. A clear "Alexa, starte My Tales" or "Alexa, öffne My Tales" (German commands) usually works like a charm!
